Technology & Processes
Gluing method: single roller contact coating. Glue coating roller material: usually high temperature and corrosion resistant silicone roller or fine steel roller. Glue quantity adjustment: mechanical adjustment (pressure/gap). Applicable adhesives: mainly used for granular (PUR) or small diameter rod (EVA) hot melt adhesives, some models are also compatible with solvent-based adhesives (special rollers and cleaning designs are required). Heating method (hot melt adhesive): built-in heating system (electric heating tube) to accurately control the temperature of the glue roller and glue tank to ensure that the hot melt adhesive is in the best molten fluidity state. Drive mode: manual feeding (the operator pushes the edge banding through the roller) or motor-assisted feeding. Edge banding width adaptation: usually with adjustable guide plates or limit devices to adapt to different widths.
