Technology & Processes
Precision double roller system: core components, usually made of wear-resistant materials (such as Teflon coating, hard chrome plating), to ensure uniform glue coating, wear resistance and durability. The gap and pressure between the rollers are adjustable to accurately control the amount of glue (thickness of the glue layer). Glue tank and heating system: The glue tank and roller heating system with precise temperature control ensure that the primer is in the best melting state and viscosity. Feeding/traction system: Ensure that the edge banding passes through the glue coating area smoothly and at a uniform speed to prevent slipping or stretching deformation. Cooling device: Effectively cool the glue coating surface to quickly solidify and shape the glue layer to avoid adhesion during winding. Glue coating amount adjustment device: Convenient for operators to accurately adjust the glue layer thickness according to the material, width and process requirements of the edge banding. Tension control system (winding machine model): Ensure neat winding and moderate tightness. Protective cover and safety device: Ensure safe operation.
