Transformer power supply: High stability and anti-interference: Compared with electronic power supply, transformer power supply is more stable and not easy to damage in complex industrial power grid environments such as voltage fluctuations and electromagnetic interference, which effectively reduces the risk of downtime. Strong power output: Provide sufficient, continuous and stable power supply for three UV lamps, ensuring that the lamps always work at the best power state, and the curing effect is stable and reliable. Long life and durability: The transformer has a simple and sturdy structure, good heat dissipation, long life, and relatively low maintenance cost, which is suitable for furniture production lines that need to operate 24 hours a day. Three-lamp high-power design: Efficient curing: Three parallel-arranged UV mercury lamps (usually 6-8kW/piece, total power 18-24kW) provide high-intensity ultraviolet radiation (main wavelength 365nm), ensuring that the edge banding glue is deeply cured in a very short time (usually 1-5 seconds, depending on the glue and speed). Uniform irradiation: The optimized lamp layout and reflector design ensure uniform light in the irradiation area to avoid warping, falling off or inconsistent gloss of the edge banding strips due to uneven curing. Wide-width application: The three-lamp design covers a larger curing width and can easily handle edge banding of different widths (common width ranges are usually up to 50-100mm or more). Optimized for edge banding applications: Matching glue wavelength: The lamp spectrum is optimized for the absorption peak of commonly used UV edge banding glues (such as acrylics) to maximize light energy utilization and curing efficiency. Fast response: The equipment starts quickly, and the lamp can quickly reach the working temperature, reducing waiting time. Cooling system: Equipped with an efficient air cooling system (sometimes even water cooling is optional) to promptly remove the heat from the lamp and the box to prevent the edge banding material (especially PVC) from deformation, discoloration or odor due to overheating. Conveyor system compatibility: Easy to integrate into the existing edge banding production line of the furniture factory (such as linear edge banding machine, curved edge banding machine back section), the conveyor belt speed is adjustable to match different production beats. Usually equipped with a height adjustment device to adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses. Improve furniture quality: Strong bonding force: Instant curing forms a high-strength chemical bond, and the edge banding is firmly bonded, which effectively solves the problem of insufficient initial strength of traditional hot melt adhesive or PUR adhesive, and greatly reduces the risk of debonding and warping in the later stage. Excellent weather resistance: UV curing glue usually has better heat resistance, cold resistance, solvent resistance and moisture resistance, which improves the service life of furniture in complex environments. High aesthetics: After curing, the glue line is clear and the surface is flat and smooth, which improves the overall appearance of the furniture. Instant processing: After curing, the workpiece can be immediately processed (such as trimming, chamfering, polishing) without waiting for cooling, shortening the production cycle. Environmental protection and energy saving: Zero VOC emissions: The UV curing process is a physical cross-linking reaction, which does not produce volatile organic compounds (VOC), improves the workshop environment, and meets increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. Ready-to-use/on-demand operation: The equipment only turns on the lamp when the workpiece passes (often equipped with a light curtain or induction switch), which can effectively reduce energy consumption (especially when on standby) compared to hot melt adhesive systems that require continuous heating or PUR adhesives that cure for a long time. Solvent-free: Use 100% solid content UV glue to reduce material consumption and waste disposal costs. Safety protection: Effective shielding: The equipment housing and observation window are made of special materials (such as stainless steel, coated glass) to effectively shield harmful ultraviolet rays and protect the safety of operators. Interlock device: Usually equipped with a door/cover safety interlock switch, which automatically cuts off the power supply to the lamp when opened.
