Three-lamp efficient curing: Three high-intensity UV mercury lamps arranged in parallel provide uniform and sufficient UV energy output. Significantly improve curing efficiency: Compared with single-lamp or dual-lamp equipment, it can cure the coating faster and more thoroughly, especially suitable for wider edge banding, high-hiding inks or coatings that require deep curing, ensuring complete curing in one pass. Optimize curing effect: The multi-lamp design reduces shadow areas, ensures uniform curing of the entire surface of the edge banding (especially the edges and grooves), and improves product appearance consistency and physical properties (adhesion, wear resistance, scratch resistance). Electronic high-frequency power supply technology (core advantage): High efficiency and energy saving: Compared with traditional inductive ballasts (transformers), electronic power supply has extremely high conversion efficiency (usually >95%), low self-loss, significantly reduces equipment operation energy consumption, and saves electricity costs in the long term.
