Optimized heating system (to achieve the core of skin feeling): Precision hot air circulation: A hot air circulation system with large air volume and high uniformity is used to ensure highly uniform temperature distribution within the 4-meter heating area in the oven (temperature difference ≤ ±2-3°C). This is the basis for a uniform and flawless skin-feeling surface. Multi-stage independent temperature control: Usually divided into preheating zone, main heating zone, insulation zone (or more sections), each section temperature can be independently and accurately set and adjusted (temperature control accuracy ±1°C). Accurately control the heating curve to meet the stringent requirements of the curing temperature curve for edge banding strips of different materials and thicknesses, ensuring that the skin-feeling coating (such as UV coating) is fully and evenly cured to achieve the best touch and physical properties. Efficient heating element: Using stainless steel heating tubes or high-efficiency quartz tubes, combined with reasonable air duct design, it heats up quickly, has high thermal efficiency, and saves energy significantly. 4m extended heating chamber: Adapt to high-speed production: The 4m length provides sufficient heating stroke, allowing the equipment to match the production rhythm of high-speed edge banding machines (such as 15-25m/min or higher), ensuring that the edge banding has enough residence time at the set temperature to complete the curing reaction without affecting the efficiency of the entire line. Handling long materials without obstacles: Especially suitable for handling long-sized panels or continuously produced edge banding strips, avoiding splicing or efficiency bottlenecks caused by length restrictions. Precision conveyor system: Heavy-duty and stable structure: The heavy-duty chain, synchronous belt or precision roller conveyor system is used, which runs smoothly without jitter or deviation, ensuring that the edge banding is flat and not deformed during the heating process. Infinite speed regulation: The conveying speed can be adjusted steplessly to accurately match the discharge speed of the upstream edge banding machine and the time required for the curing process. High temperature resistant design: The conveyor belt/chain/roller is made of high temperature resistant materials for long-term stable operation. Integrated cooling section (key link): Forced air cooling system: An efficient forced cooling section (length depends on the design) is usually integrated after the heating section, using large air volume cold air to quickly reduce the surface temperature of the cured high-temperature edge banding to a safe touchable or stackable state. Ensure skin-feel effect: Rapid cooling is crucial for the "skin-feel" surface, which can effectively prevent scratches and indentations on the surface in a high-temperature softened state due to contact or pressure, and lock the delicate touch texture. At the same time, accelerate the production cycle. "Skin-feel" effect guarantee design: Surface protection: The internal air duct and guide plate design avoid surface defects caused by direct hot air. The contact point design of the conveying system considers reducing indentations or friction on the back of the edge banding. Clean hot air: The air intake system may be equipped with a filtering device to reduce dust contamination of the curing surface. Intelligent control and monitoring: Human-machine interface: Equipped with a color touch screen HMI, intuitively display and set information such as temperature, conveying speed, operating status, fault alarm, etc. in each zone. PLC control: A programmable controller is used to store and call process parameters, and the operation is stable and reliable. Real-time temperature monitoring: Multi-point temperature sensors are set at key locations to monitor and feedback temperature fluctuations in real time.
