Technology & Processes
Dry ice blasting cleaning machine: It uses the triple effects of low-temperature embrittlement, kinetic impact and micro-explosion sublimation of high-speed sprayed dry ice particles (-78.5°C) to remove dirt. It is waterless, non-conductive and non-abrasive, and is the first choice for cleaning precision woodworking, electrical components, and online equipment maintenance. High-temperature and high-pressure steam cleaning machine: It uses high-temperature steam to dissolve grease, stains and kill microorganisms. It is environmentally friendly and water-saving, and is particularly suitable for cleaning and disinfecting fabrics and leathers, as well as certain paint/degumming applications (precise control is required). Ultrasonic cleaning machine: It uses high-frequency ultrasonic waves to produce cavitation effects in liquids, and deeply cleans small metal accessories (such as handles, hinges), injection molded parts, etc. with complex shapes, and cleans evenly and thoroughly. Special solvent/aqueous cleaning system: It is used with specific cleaning agents (such as degreasers and paint strippers) to clean by spraying, soaking or wiping.
